Do you deliver to private individuals?
Yes, in addition to a wide variety of companies, individuals or hobby clubs can also order products. This only applies to private individuals living in the Netherlands and Belgium
Please note that all prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
The final invoice will contain a VAT specification.
Can I also come by for advice or to view products?
Would you like to preview products or do you need advice? Then make an appointment; we are happy to make time for you to make the right product choice.
How can I order from you?
You can easily order our most common products via our website.
After you have put products in the shopping cart, you can immediately register and order the product. You can also order without creating a login
You will receive an order confirmation from us.
Of course you can also order by mail or by telephone
What payment options are there?
You can pay us through:

Can I also buy on account?
Companies with a valid VAT number can – after approval – also buy on account. Please fill in your complete company information.
The standard credit limit is € 500.00
After delivery you will receive an invoice with a payment term of 14 days.
Are there additional costs charged?
In the Netherlands and Belgium, no order and shipping costs are charged for orders from € 50.00 excl. VAT below € 50, € 7.95 order and shipping costs wi ll be charged
I order from abroad, do you charge VAT?
Naturally, no VAT will be charged for foreign companies with a valid VAT number
What are your terms of delivery?
Our general terms and conditions of delivery can be found during the ordering process. You can always request our delivery conditions by e-mail; we will gladly send you a copy.
Delivery time and shipping
What is the delivery time?
You will find the availability of the products that can be ordered via the webshop.
These products are delivered within 1-2 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery outside the Netherlands depends on the destination.
The delivery time for special types, colors or bulk packaging is negotiable.
Please contact us for this.
Which carrier do you use?
Depending on the destination and the size of the order, we choose a carrier. We only use corporate courier services and carriers
Can I also specify a different delivery address?
Yes, you can specify a delivery address of your choice during your order.
When the billing and delivery address are the same, you can simply leave those fields blank.
It is of course important that you provide a delivery address where someone is present during working hours.
Can I also pick up the order?
Orders can also be picked up during office hours if desired. You will of course save any shipping costs.
If you want to make use of this, please contact us. We will then manually enter the desired products for you without shipping costs and also inform you when the order is ready for you.
Your order can be paid in advance by bank transfer or you will receive a payment link from us if you prefer to pay for the order online.
We are not a shop and therefore do not have pin options.

What personal data do you collect?
An online registration is required to order products.
The information we need is your (company) name, delivery, invoice
and e-mail address, your telephone number and your VAT number (if applicable)
We don’t send mailings, so you don’t have to worry about unwanted emails.
How do you use my personal information?
We use your personal data to:
deliver products, invoice and communicate about any problems with your account and/or order.
After completing the order you will not receive an e-mail from us
What happens to my personal data?
When you register or place an order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. In addition, we will only email or call you if there are questions and/or comments regarding your account and/or order.
If you sign up for our newsletter, this is the only other correspondence you will receive from us.
Your e-mail address will not be exchanged/sold to third parties.
How long do you keep my data?
We store the order data that we collect for as long as the legally required retention period indicates
StrapRyte® does not currently communicate via Newsletters. However, if we do send newsletters in the future, they will only be distributed to customers who have given specific permission for this.
